SHE

Prickling with infectious guitar lines, we’re excited to exclusively unleash this little sonic gem from SHE out into the ether.

Fresh cut “Lay Low” comes hot off the back of previous single “Howl” – an offering which caught the ears of the wider listening world. Emitting doses of dulcet, undulating pop, the track sees the soaring vocals of front woman Rebecca intertwine with bubbling melodies that can’t help but enchant.

“This track is about my relationship with God. It’s a hot topic that everyone has an opinion on,” notes Rebecca. “Whether you choose to believe in anything or nothing at all, I recognise that there is friction in religion, an uncomfortable edge that some tread carefully around whilst others query freely. ‘Lay Low’ tells a story of discovery, denial and despair all at once.”

It’s undoubtably a soundscape reminiscent of band-of-the-moment Fickle Friends – all with an added smattering of Honeyblood and Pale Waves for good measure. Delightfully dreamy, this sound is one worth paying attention to.

Check out the track below and as always, let us know your thoughts!
