Petite Meller

Petite Meller
She’s an eccentric, lolita-esque oddity, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Having sold out her London dates earlier this month, Petite Meller has followed up her “Baby Love” offering with a Miami infused video for follow up single “Barbaric“.

It’s another jazz smothered synth-pop hit from the French songstress who continues to gain major AirPlay from mainstream outlets including BBC Radio 1. “Barbaric”‘s accompanying video is a cotton wool wrapped dream (well if we’re honest it’s more like Mariannetoinete got transported to 60s Miami, guzzled one too many martinis, and then proceeded to throw a motel party).

It’s pop-gone-fantasy in the quaintest way possible. A must for fans of mainstream pop like Katy Perry and GaGa, whilst still appealing to fans of somewhat more left-field artists like Robyn and Mø.
