Infecting our speakers with more fuzzy synths than you can shake a stick at, Car Seat Headrest have arrived with their infectious strain of dirty alt-pop.
Fresh cut “Nervous Young Inhumans” is a frenzied show of force, blending soaring electronic elements, tight, unrelenting drum fills and catchy-as-hell vocal lines brought forth by frontman Will Toledo. The track’s split-screen visual offering marks the frontman’s directional debut. Needless to say, this release is about as indie as they come without being set in East London and providing listeners with a home brewing kit and skinny jeans.
With a seven-piece band in tow (including several members of Naked Giants), Car Seat Headrest are set to take on Europe through the first half of 2018 (check out the London date here).
