Fresh cut “I Got A Lover” is a fervent show of force to be sure, blending hook-heavy choruses with verses that slowly build into a bubbling, synth-smothered pop inferno.
A delightfully dark blend of euphoric highs and melancholic undertones, the track invokes melodic slivers reminiscent of big hitters like Everything Everything and Twin Wild. It’s catchy as hell – and a sure sign of things to come in the coming months.
