Rattle Kids HURST

Living up to their ‘post-punk’ rep, Sydney’s finest quartet HURST have taken the lime-light with their 90s inspired banger “Rattle Kids”.

Head turners HURST are forging their way into the alt-rock scene with vigour.  HURST have paved the way for “Rattle Kids”, their most compelling single to date.

At a time where female progression is being scrutinised and re-assessed in the public eye, Ana Veira is an assertive, omni-potent front-woman who is utterly irresistible. Viera’s husky vocals hypnotically lift the songs surging strings into an indie dream, and with unfaltering energy, this is a group dynamically rattling the rock scene. Guitar heavy – featuring pangs of the Pixies and Weezer – “Rattle Kids”s energy takes the retro trend by the horns.

Destined for success, the band have previously manned the stage alongside USA top dogs Kingswood and Fuel. Cherished by Aussie radio giants Triple J and Triple M, HURST are scoring a Triple A(AA) on our music scale.

And with an impending Spring tour bringing HURST to Newcastle (Australia, sorry northerners), Brisbane and Sydney, tune in below for feisty rock euphoria or catch ’em as part of our fresh playlist.
