London legend Mikey Shy, has released a trophy debut single in the form of “Bitter Me“. Taken from his Mental ♯IMFINE EP, the track hits home as he courageously channels his inner battle with depression into his musical offerings.
Shy channels a fastidious indie pop sound, conjuring hooks reminiscent of pop titans like Gotye and Bastille. Featuring a pounding rhythm akin to a triumphant war march, “Bitter Me” merges the notion of survival with the struggle that moulds his distinctive sound.
