The Lighthouse And The Whaler

Crafting a mellow strain of indie rock that transports you down countless meandering paths, The Lighthouse And The Whaler have arrived to quench your musical thirst.

The title track taken from the band’s recently released EP, “Paths” is a building cut that intertwines soaring melodies with plucky and transient guitar lines. Expelling unified cries of “Wooahhh / I was looking to find the ground you shook,” the cut’s anthemic chorus, dappled with glints of sunlight, is the steady rock sound your playlist deserves.

Having toured steadily around the U.S. and Canada over the past eight years, the Cleveland-based four-piece have notably shared the stage with acts including Ra Ra Riot and Surfer Blood, as well as having cuts featured in none other than hit drama series Grey’s Anatomy.
