Through Juniper Vale

If you take one piece of advice today, let it be ours (I mean, we’re generally not that wise, but when it comes to music, we like to think we’ve got it down).

Indie pop outfit Through Juniper Vale need to be the next artist addition to your Spotify playlist. Sure we’re being demanding, but you can thank us later.

Hailing from Canada, this duo began making waves last year, having reaching #12 on Canada’s Viral Top 50 chart and gathering fans by the dozen. Teaming up with artist/producer Vian Izak to create the latest single “Fractions“, Sarah Jane Wood has a knack for incorporating more weird and wonderful instruments than you can shake a stick at. From Chinese gongs to percussive body hits, this track’s got an undeniably magical edge.

Resonating like some sort of mysterious storybook creature, “Fractions” is a track blending etherial undertones with light, tinkering pianos. Accompanied by the illustrations of concept artist Hein Zaayman, the track is both visually and sonically stunning.
