It’s the Christmas present every Green Day fan had been hoping for.
Late on this rather warm Christmas Eve, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt & Trés Cool dropped the single die-hard American Idiot’s had spent 18 months anticipating.
Announced via the wonderful Twitterverse yesterday evening, the track entitled “Xmas Time Of The Year” is set to be the topper on every rock fans Christmas Cake.
With the traditional thrash of a Green Day guitar, the boys have certainly done good. No stockings full of Coal for these chaps next year that’s for sure.
