Can You Hear Us Now? HOUSEWIVES Daisy Mojave Holland, Steph Marziano, Denai Moore

If recent events are anything to go by, the power of a united female voice is more necessary than ever.

It’s in light of these constant battles for women’s fundamental human rights that a new female superpower has been born – introducing HOUSEWIVES, an emerging female collective that’s set to pack a punch.

Today we can exclusively unleashed their debut track “Can You Hear Us Now?“, written and produced by music supremo Steph Marziano (Mumford and Sons, Kasabian, The Prodigy), alongside guest musicians Denai Moore, Løu, Pillars and Fabienne Holloways (Idris Elba, Anne Marie, Janelle Monae).

“While the title of the band is everything that Donald Trump would want, the music and message is exactly the opposite,” says Marziano. “Seeing so many people empowered to march for rights of others made me want to fight against hate and bigotry in the only way I knew how.”

Sampling sound bytes recorded at the NYC and London Anti Muslim Ban protests, alongside visual contributions from director Laura McMahon and illustrator Daisy Mojave Holland, this production is a female voice to be reckoned with.

With all proceeds going to nonpartisan, non-profit organisation The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), there’s no better reason to add it to your Spotify playlist or catch it on Apple Music, continually press play and give yourself a repetitive strain injury #JustSayin’.
