NATIVES single Warpaint, UK Tour

INCOMING! New Forest quartet NATIVES have just unleashed the storming new track “Warpaint” ahead of their 17-date UK tour and boy is it a cracker.

Hot off Busted‘s UK Tour (don’t judge, they’re distinctly different – plus we were fan club members… back in 2002) the British alt-pop group blend tribal-infused chants and layered instrumentals to create a whopping great dose of ordered anarchy. It’s blissfully uplifting and a well overdue order of blissed-out pop. With an album in the pipeline that’s set to appear at some point this year, these boys are all systems go for 2017.

“Our new album, at it’s core, is about coming together and building a community, regardless of differences in backgrounds or cultures.” remarks guitarist Jack Fairbrother. “We want this tour to be a place where everyone feels welcome. We want people who feel like they don’t fit in – that they don’t have a place in the world – to come to these shows and feel at home.”

Give the album a listen below and be sure to grab tickets to one of their UK dates in May and June.
