LA-born and London-bred (well, sort of, they wrote their debut self-titled EP in Vauxhall after all), Dear Boy are a 4-piece that have managed to merge a nostalgic dose of British retro-pop with the refreshing smattering of crooning indie.

Dear Boy’s latest track “Local Roses” captures intoxicatingly blissful summer vibes – just what we need when it’s so bloody cold we’ve forgotten what sunshine looks and feels like. In simple terms, if The Kooks made love to The Cure, all that’s necessary is the contemporary twangs of The 1975 and you’re pretty much there.
